Alexandra was the smaller, weaker
puppy in the litter. She has always been reserved and cautious about new people in her
home. She prefers to snuggle in her blankie and bark at anyone she perceives to be an
outsider. Her favorite person is Grandpa Marty (my dad) who is always slipping her little
tid-bits to eat when he visits. It literally took him years to gain her trust and get her
to sit in his lap.
Alex is the spinster-aunt of the family, tolerating those
annoying puppies as best she can, then escaping to the sofa when they get too rambunctious
for her gentle nature. She prefers belly rubs to sharp puppy teeth. Who can blame her?
